2. Digital Products
All products sold on this website are digital downloads.
No physical items will be shipped.
All sales are final.
3. License Grant
Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the purchased loops in your music productions.
You may:

Use the loops in commercial and non-commercial music

Use the loops for beat leasing and distribution

Modify, edit, and process the loops
You may NOT:

Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the loops as standalone files

Share the files with third parties

Upload the original loops to sample libraries or platforms
4. Royalty-Free Usage
The purchased loops are royalty-free under the following conditions:

You may use the loops in music releases generating up to 1,000,000 total streams across all platforms.
Once a production exceeds this limit:

You are required to contact us for clearance

A new agreement regarding royalties and publishing splits must be established before further monetization
5. Publishing & Royalties
Unless otherwise agreed:

The original creator retains ownership of the composition

In case of major commercial success, publishing splits and royalties will be negotiated in good faith
6. Ownership
All loops remain the intellectual property of the seller.
You are purchasing a license, not ownership of the content.
7. Refund Policy
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final and non-refundable.
8. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use our products.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Germany.
