As a consumer, you generally have a right of withdrawal under EU consumer protection law.
2. Digital Products Exception
Our products are digital downloads (loop kits, audio files, and related content).
According to applicable law, the right of withdrawal expires if:

the performance of the contract begins with the consumer’s explicit consent, and

the consumer acknowledges that they lose their right of withdrawal once the download has started.
3. Waiver of Right of Withdrawal
By completing a purchase and accessing the digital content, you agree that:

the delivery of the digital product begins immediately after purchase, and

you expressly waive your right of withdrawal.
4. No Refunds
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final.
We do not offer refunds or returns once the files have been delivered and/or downloaded.
5. Consent Requirement
Before completing a purchase, you must confirm your agreement by checking the required box in the checkout stating that:
You agree to immediate delivery of digital content and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal.
Without this consent, the purchase cannot be completed.
